I’m a registered psychologist based in Edmonton, and I work with adults and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves and the people who matter most. I have an office at Willow on Monday and Wednesday to help support your needs.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move through the hard stuff, reconnect with what matters, and create meaningful change.

I support clients with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, pregnancy loss, and neonatal loss.

I have a special interest in perinatal mental health. This includes pre-conception, fertility and infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and neonatal loss.

As a mom of two who navigated infant feeding challenges and non-IgE-mediated allergies, I understand how mentally taxing early parenthood can feel. You are learning on little sleep, flooded with information, and trying to care for a baby while also caring for yourself and your relationships. You might be making choices around feeding and feeling unsure of the path forward, or you might be grieving the ways you hoped to feed your little one when a choice felt taken from you.

At Willow, I provide therapy that supports your mental and relational well-being during the perinatal period and beyond.

  • Processing birth and medical trauma

  • Supporting parents mentally and emotionally as they navigate infant feeding, allergies, or elimination diets for infant allergies

  • Navigating fertility stress, treatment decisions, and uncertainty

  • Grief support after pregnancy loss or neonatal loss

  • Postpartum mood and anxiety concerns

  • Identity shifts, relationship strain, and communication challenges

  • Returning to work, boundaries, and caregiving load

  • Support for couples who want to feel more connected and understood

I do not provide medical advice for infant care. The Willow team can support feeding concerns, lactation support, pediatric physiotherapy, and other clinical needs. My role is to help you care for your mental health, grieve the choices you wish you had, and move forward with clarity and compassion. For more information, visit my website chantelmcevoy.com
