There is no central reception or waiting room at Willow Family Medicine; each team member answers their phone and responds to administrative concerns individually. All visitors and appointments (in person and/or virtual) are by appointment only.
Please direct your questions to the appropriate provider. Phone calls are returned within 5 business days. Email provides the quickest response. Medical concerns are not addressed outside an office visit; please book to review. After-hours concerns can be left by voicemail with the patient’s primary provider via the contact information below.
