There is no central reception at Willow Family Medicine, each team member answers their own phone and responds to administrative concerns individually. All visitors and appointments (in person and/or virtual) are by appointment only.
Please direct your questions to the appropriate provider. Phone calls are returned within 5 business days. Email provides the quickest response. Medical concerns are not addressed outside an office visit, please book to review. After hours concerns can be left by voicemail with the patient’s primary provider via the contact information below.
